What We’re Loving Now: Baked Lentil Chips

We’re constantly finding new healthy alternatives to ordinary potato chips or crackers, but The Mediterranean Snack Food Co’s Baked Lentil Chips are uniquely delicious and deserve a special shout out!  They’re made from lentils, adzuki beans and garbanzo beans in a select Mediterranean recipe.  The chips are all natural, gluten free, and have an incredible flavor with just the right amount of crunch.  Eat them alone or dip into an all natural hummus for a satisfying and healthy snack.  Flavors include sea salt, sea salt & cracked pepper, and cucumber dill, but on the company’s blog they announced that three new flavors are coming soon – rosemary olive, Parmesan garlic, and creamy sweet pepper – YUM!  Also on their blog are some great recipes for homemade hummus, salsas, and other dips.  Click here to find a store near you.
